Discount Buy is an advanced earn product that allows you to buy crypto at a discounted price. Even if the purchase is not triggered, your principal will be returned with interest. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started with Discount Buy on Bybit.

Create Your Order

Step 1: Go to Earn located at the bottom right-hand corner of the page, and choose Advanced Earn → Discount Buy.

 

Step 2: Choose a Discount Buy Plan by using the simulator to view available options. Select one based on the token, purchase price, knockout price (if available) and duration, and tap Invest Now to continue.

 

 

 

Alternatively, choose one plan directly from the product list below the simulator. To switch tokens, tap the token name at the top of the simulator. The current price of your chosen token is shown below.

Step 3: Set up your parameters:

1. Enter your investment amount.

2. Switch between the Summary, Result Scenarios and Timeline tabs to review details.

3. Tap Invest Now to create your preferred order.

For non-MNT products

You can choose your settlement token. For example, in a BTC plan:

• Settle in BTC: If a crypto purchase is triggered, you will buy BTC at the Purchase Price and receive the payoff in BTC.

• Settle in USDT: If a crypto purchase is triggered, you will buy BTC at the Purchase Price and then sell it at the Settlement Price, with the payoff settled in USDT.

 

Regardless of settlement choice, you will always receive your principal and interest in USDT in a knockout scenario.

 

 

 

You can also preview possible outcomes by switching between Buy Scenario and Knockout Scenario under the Result Scenarios tab:

 

 

For MNT products

There is no Knockout Price. You will always purchase MNT at a discounted price at maturity. A tiered Purchase Price may apply — the larger the investment amount, the greater the discount.

 

Step 4: Next, you will receive a status notification after submitting the order. Tap View My Holdings to check the details, or Invest More to place another order.

 

 

Note: Once successfully placed, an order cannot be modified, canceled or redeemed before maturity.

View Your Orders

You can check your Discount Buy orders in three ways:

a. In the success notification pop-up, tap View My Holdings. Your orders will be listed under the Discount Buy tab.

 

 

b. On the Discount Buy page, tap on the history icon in the top-right corner to open the All Orders page. Then, select the Discount Buy tab to view your orders.

 

c. Go to Assets at the bottom right-hand corner of the page, tap on Account → Earn, and then select Discount Buy to see the details.
