Advertisement Sorting Rules for NGN and RUB Markets

For advertisements in the NGN and RUB markets, a new scoring system has been introduced. Each criterion is assigned a specific weight, and scores are calculated using a standardized approach on a scale of 0–100.

The following criteria are considered when calculating advertisement scores and determining advertisement rankings:

Criteria

Description

Advertiser Trading Performance

The following trading performance metric(s) are considered:

— Overall completion rate and 30-day completion rate

Price Competitiveness

Measures how closely an advertiser's quoted price matches the average market transaction price over the past hour.

Transaction Amount

Ads with lower minimum transaction amount will be displayed first.

Suspicious or Misleading Ads (Penalty)

Advertisements identified as suspicious, misleading, or in violation of platform guidelines will be penalized and ranked lower in the advertisement list, regardless of their performance in other criteria.

Notes:

  1. The scoring weights for each criterion vary by the advertiser type: General Advertiser (GA), Verified Advertiser (VA), or Block Advertiser (BA).
  2. Advertisements from new advertisers with fewer than 30 days of advertiser history will not be eligible for the Top 20 ranking.
  3. To ensure accurate ranking results and minimize misjudgments, we will regularly review advertisements and make necessary adjustments.
