Turbos Finance (TURBOS): A Noncustodial Liquidity Layer on Sui

The cryptocurrency world offers numerous platforms for trading and earning cryptocurrencies, but many of these platforms are riddled with the same challenges and issues. For example, they may offer limited trading pairs, slow speeds, high fees and mediocre security. Turbos Finance is a decentralized exchange that has been specifically developed to bypass these common issues.

Key Takeaways:

What Is Turbos Finance?

Turbos Finance stands out from other cryptocurrency marketplaces through its focus on digital asset ownership, and its development with the Sui ecosystem. It employs widespread adoption, user growth and centralized exchange partnerships to enhance its users' derivatives trading experiences, and to build on the established success of the Sui network. Turbos Finance’s core elements are TurbosBoost Camp, the concentrated liquidity market maker (CLMM), several derivatives trading features, and the composable automated market maker (AMM).

History of Turbos Finance

Turbos Finance launched in June 2022 and has been backed by numerous decentralized finance (DeFi) and crypto market experts, including Jump Crypto, Mysten Labs and others. Fundraising was in full gear at the beginning of 2023. Developments introduced during the second quarter of 2023 include social trading features, TurbosBoost and TurboStar. Turbos Finance also completed its initial DEX offering (IDO), a smart contract audit and a testnet. Sufficient funding has been obtained to continue the platform’s development for at least the next several years.

What Does Turbos Finance Aim to Achieve?

The developers behind Turbos Finance intend to elevate digital asset ownership while also introducing unprecedented horizontal scalability to the DeFi space. Their hyper-efficient DEX eliminates unnecessary capital and optimizes returns for its users. It also adapts to changing market conditions quickly by giving liquidity providers the ability to set a trading price range, and to adjust that range as needed. Turbos Finance also supports a superior user experience through its intuitive and simplified interface, making it suitable for all skill levels.

How Does Turbos Finance Work?

Turbos Finance is a composable automated market maker that facilitates liquidity provision and supports token swaps without fees or intermediaries. The AMM mechanism enables enhanced capital efficiency for liquidity providers, and capital efficiency is achieved through low-slippage trades. Liquidity providers can reduce risk and optimize returns while enhancing liquidity. Turbos Finance users can also place fee-earning limits on trades for greater flexibility.

Users execute trades through liquidity pools with smart routing, an innovative feature that analyzes swap fees and liquidity to determine the best route at that moment. Also offered are perpetual trading, the TurboStar launchpad and a concentrated liquidity AMM.

Features of Turbos Finance

Turbos Finance’s efficient trading environment stands apart from other crypto marketplaces due to its greater capital efficiency, enhanced flexibility, digital asset ownership and other benefits. Let’s look at these individual features in greater detail.

Concentrated Liquidity AMM

Turbos Finance’s concentrated liquidity market maker, or CLMM, features a simplified user interface for easier navigation. It also comes with a reward system that’s structured on the fee tiers. The concentrated liquidity provision allows users to set their price range, and their assets earn fees as long as the price remains within that range. In this way, Turbos Finance provides more flexible liquidity management and enables more profitable trades.

TurboStar

The purpose of the TurboStar program is to speed the growth of the Sui ecosystem. It provides presale pricing for initial DEX offerings, increases awareness and supports easier fundraising. In addition, it encourages community engagement, maintains liquidity provision and benefits from financial support from the Sui Foundation and Mysten Labs — all with no commission fees. The financial support is offered through the Builder Hero program, grants and various investments. TurboStar also actively supports the development process by connecting projects to pilot users, market makers, KOLs and media partners.

TurbosBoost

TurbosBoost is offered in the Sui ecosystem and in partnership with launchpad collaborators, and is intended to spur innovation and growth. It makes projects with liquidity pools accessible via TURBOS-based voting. Winners are determined through voting and benefit from being listed on partnered centralized exchanges. This unique aspect of Turbos Finance supports the platform’s creators and projects through extensive exposure and enhanced scalability.

Perpetual AMM

Turbos Finance also functions as a perpetual automated market maker for two key purposes. First, it supports ETH, SUI, BTC and other low-risk assets. Secondly, it functions with long-tail assets that have lower leverage levels. By doing so, the AMM benefits from enhanced security, greater stability and a larger range of included assets.

Turbos Finance Road Map

When Turbos Finance got its start in June 2022, it immediately garnered attention in both the crypto and DeFi spaces. Q2 2023 brought big changes to Turbos Finance, including the testnet, a smart contract audit and its IDO. In Q3, Turbos Finance will introduce its perpetual AMM and additional developments to further improve the network.

TURBOS Tokenomics

The protocol token of Turbos Finance is TURBOS. It supports a robust ecosystem by providing community member benefits, rewards and incentives. TURBOS supports on-chain liquidity through a staking mechanism. In addition to providing on-chain liquidity, TURBOS enables community governance and allows for fee rebates and discounts.

The maximum TURBOS token supply is 10 billion. Of this amount, 18% is allocated to the team, 15% is for investors and 12% is for the treasury. In addition, 50% is reserved for mining and reward incentives, and 5% is reserved for operational and marketing efforts.

TURBOS Price Prediction

As of Jul 21, 2023, the price of TURBOS is $0.0014, which is down 4.6% over the last 24 hours. Trading volume is $60,139. The highest price of TURBOS was $0.00587921, achieved on May 16, 2023, and its lowest price was $0.00137827, which occurred on Jul 17, 2023.

As a new project backed by the Sui network, Turbos Finance is rapidly growing, and the price of TURBOS could increase as well. DigitalCoinPrice is one of several sources that predicts an upward trend: $0.00306 by the end of 2023 and $0.00508 in 2025. In 2027, the price may reach $0.00641, and may then hit $0.0146 in 2030. Be aware, however, that all cryptocurrencies are subject to considerable volatility and market conditions. As such, you’re always advised to do your own research before investing.

Is TURBOS A Good Investment?

Turbos Finance is a hyper-efficient DEX on the Sui network. It’s been developed specifically to enhance digital asset ownership while facilitating greater profitability, easier trades and other benefits for users to enjoy. As you search for a cryptocurrency to invest in, it’s essential to do your own research and to remain aware of the risks and volatility associated with crypto trading and investing.

However, Turbos Finance is a unique project that’s relatively new to the crypto space, featuring numerous well-designed, innovative features to foster growth. While sources indicate that the price of the TURBOS token may reasonably trend upward over the next several years, this increase is expected to be relatively minor. With this in mind, profitability lies in the purchase of a large number of tokens. That said, all purchases should be moderated by the investor’s risk tolerance and supported by independent research.

Closing Thoughts

It has already attracted ample attention from industry leaders, experts, investors and individual users. Because Turbos Finance provides users with numerous standout features and benefits, its crypto marketplace is worthy of your full attention.
