Here is a step-by-step guide for doing a risk assessment on a deposit wallet address.

 

This feature is only available to VIP users. Each VIP level is granted a limited number of risk assessment queries per week, and the query quotas are reset every Sunday at 12 AM (midnight) UTC. You can upgrade your VIP level to have more frequent queries.

 

 

 

 

Step 1: Go to your Assets page and click on Deposit → Deposit Crypto.

 

 

 

Alternatively, tap on the Customer Service Icon and select Deposit Risk Check in the Self-Service section.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Select the correct wallet address and blockchain type and click on Verify Now.

 

 

 

If you have accessed the risk assessment feature via the Support page, please ensure to enter your wallet address accurately and select the corresponding Blockchain type in order to proceed with the verification.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Verify that the information is correct and click on the Check button to proceed with the verification. A pop-up message will appear with the result of the risk assessment on your deposit address.

 

 

Notes:

— The system verification results are not guaranteed.

— In cases when the risk assessment renders a high risk result, it is advised to use another wallet address for the deposit.

 

 

 

You can check the history of your previously checked addresses by clicking on Details under the Query Log.
